When I worked at a certain TV channel, our mother company bought another certain TV channel. Those employees moved into our building with us. It quickly went from hotville to nerdville. And that's not to say that nerds can't be hot, but with them came star wars action figures and life sized Chewbacca stickers that were precisely placed on one of the main walls.

Yes, I have a semi-weird obsession with Tegan and Sara Quin and yes, I promised not to post on them so much, but the problem is they have a profound way of simply nailing it on the head. Below are each sisters blog from spinner.com on their feelings on Proposition 8. It's been over a week now since Prop 8 passed and still the hurt, anger, sadness, confusion are apparent in California but as each day does passes we become stronger, smarter, and as one community will overturn this legislation of hatred. Keep the faith and enjoy the excellent thoughts from Tegan and Sara.
